I am excited and deeply honoured to join the Internet Law & Policy Foundry (ILPF) as a Junior Fellow for the 2026 Class.
The Foundry’s 8th Class brings together 40 professionals passionate about Internet law, technology policy, and the future of digital governance. I am particularly looking forward to learning from and contributing alongside this diverse community of professionals working across different fields and regions.
For me, this fellowship represents an important opportunity to deepen my work at the intersection of digital governance, public policy, digital transformation, Internet governance, and emerging technologies. My work has consistently focused on how technology can support more inclusive, rights-respecting, and sustainable digital systems, particularly across Africa and the Global South.
As part of the fellowship, I look forward to contributing to research, engaging in meaningful discussions on Internet law and technology policy, and supporting the work of the Foundry. I am also excited to contribute through the Communications & Marketing Committee, helping strengthen the visibility, communication, and outreach of the community.
What makes this opportunity even more exciting is the responsibility that comes with being part of Class 8. The 2026 Fellows will shadow the current Senior Class and, in 2027, take on responsibility for the planning, execution, and substance of Foundry initiatives.
I am looking forward to the conversations, collaborations, research, learning, and friendships that will come from this journey. Most importantly, I hope to contribute perspectives from Africa and the Global South to conversations shaping the future of the Internet and technology policy.
Excited for the journey ahead and grateful to be part of The Foundry Class of 2026.
