Classroom teaching, Curriculum Design and Mentorship

As a Lead Facilitator and Technical Support for the Pan African Youth Ambassadors for Internet Governance (PAYAIG), I have contributed to building the next generation of African digital leaders by training over 2000 youth in 54 African Countries.

Modules I Facilitate: 

  • Module 1: Introduction to Internet Governance – Mapping Issues and Actors
  • Module 2: Global and African Internet Governance Processes
  • Module 3: Infrastructure Aspects of Internet Governance
  • Module 4: Legal & Economic Issues in Internet Governance
  • Module 5: Development and Digital Technologies in the African Context

My Contributions to PAYAIG:

  • Designed the curriculum for the English Cohort.
  • Provided support to other cohorts (French, Arabic, Swahili and Portuguese).
  • Served as Management and Technical Lead for program delivery.
  • Developed and maintain the E-learning platform for PAYAIG.

Mentor – Internet Society Fellowship (2023 – Present)

As part of my commitment to capacity building and youth empowerment in Internet Governance, I serve as a Mentor for the Internet Society Fellowship Program. In this role, I provide guidance, professional development support, and technical mentorship to fellows from diverse regions of the world.

Through this mentorship, I help fellows deepen their knowledge of internet governance, digital policy, and community engagement, while encouraging them to design impactful initiatives within their local and global contexts.

Coding Instructor – 2018 – 2020

As a Coding Instructor, I trained young learners, students, and early-career professionals in practical programming and web development skills. My teaching approach emphasized hands-on learning and real-world application of digital tools to prepare participants for future careers in technology.

From May 2021 to June 2021, I served as a Facilitator under the NETHOPE Project on Emergency Telecommunication Training, a collaborative initiative between the World Food Programme (WFP) & Internet Society Ghana Chapter.

As part of my facilitation role, I led sessions on Cisco Meraki solutions, networking fundamentals, and emergency preparedness strategies. My contribution centered on equipping participants including government representatives, humanitarian actors, and technical experts with practical skills to design, deploy, and manage resilient communication networks during disaster response scenarios.
